Helen Burnett, not very long before her final illness (in John Dyer-Bennet's handwriting) on the front of the other photo, which this one was stapled to. This photo was printed on thin slightly glossy paper -- not quite copier paper, and had been folded in half. I don't know when they were printed or what the printer technology was. They look better than laser output from 2002.
